Training Grade Level Teams
In the past, we have always trained our LST teams in one large meeting. We are trying a new method this year. Our grade level teams will be trained individually. This allows them to see the pieces of the process in smaller groups and to ask questions as they think of them. So often, people are intimidated to ask questions in a large group. This is also a way to make sure that every teacher hears the information and gets training!

Why RtI?
Response to Intervention makes us look at the whole student. What is the student's area of need? What can the school do to intervene? How can the school team with the home to help the student be successful?
